Haytham Mansur | Elite Soccer Coach + Player Development Expert

Haytham Mansur brings elite-level coaching expertise honed at UCLA and refined through years of building championship youth programs across the Washington DC metroplex.

Now based in Colorado, he continues his mission to develop technically skilled, tactically intelligent players who love the game.

Coaching Experience

Haytham’s coaching foundation was built at UCLA, where he served as Associate Coach for the women’s soccer program. This experience at one of collegiate soccer’s most prestigious programs gave him invaluable insights into high-performance training, player development, and what it takes to compete at the highest levels—knowledge he has dedicated his career to bringing to youth players.

Building on this foundation, Haytham became a driving force in DC-area youth soccer. As Recreation Director and ECNL Coach at McLean Youth Soccer (2017-2020), he architected comprehensive development programs, led coaching education initiatives across the club, and established a player-first culture that elevated the entire organization.

During the 2022-2023 season, Haytham coached the U16 Girls Academy team at Arlington Soccer, guiding them to the ECNL National Event in Tennessee where they secured a statement 2-1 victory over CESA. Marking his first ECNL National Championship victory of two ECNL National Championship appearances. 

Coaching Philosophy

Haytham’s approach blends the technical rigor and tactical sophistication of elite collegiate soccer with an unwavering commitment to making the game enjoyable and accessible. He creates training environments where players are challenged to reach their potential while developing a genuine passion for soccer that lasts a lifetime.

Professional Development

Never content to rest on his experience, Haytham actively pursues cutting-edge coaching education. His 2019 coaching study tour in Barcelona exposed him to European training methodologies that he has seamlessly integrated into his programs, giving his players access to world-class development principles.
